Mental Health & Wellbeing
Kia Ora, I'm Tarn. I’m a counsellor and clinical supervisor (dapaanz) with 10+ years experience. I have a background in addiction and mental health, passionate about supporting people to build wellbeing, resilience, and balance in their lives. Having lived throughout Aotearoa, I connect easily with people from many different walks of life. I hold a Degree in Addiction Studies, a Diploma in Te Reo Māori, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health. I’m also an ACC-registered provider and work in a trauma-informed way, using a range of evidence-based counselling approaches tailored to you. Whether you’re looking to manage stress, improve your wellbeing, or make meaningful lifestyle changes, I’m here to walk alongside you and support practical, sustainable change.
